FM1062/FM1062A - Low Voltage Transmission Circuit with Dialer Interface with EMC
The FM1062 and FM1062A are integrated circuits that perform all speech and line interface functions required in fully electronic telephone sets. They perform electronic switching between dialing and speech. The ICs operate at line voltage down to 1.6V DC(with reduced performance) to facilitate the use of more telephone sets connected in parallel. FM1062/FM1062A improve the EMC performance in-circuit which can enhance the telephone sets EMC.

FM34018 - Voice Switched Speakerphone Integrated Circuit
The FM34018 Speakerphone integrated circuit incorporates necessary amplifiers, attenuators, and control functions to produce a high quality hands-free speakerphone system. Included are a microphone amplifier a power audio amplifier for the speaker, transmit and receive attenuators, a monitoring system for background, sound level, and an attenuation control system which responds to the relative transmit and reveive level as well as the background level. Also included are all necessary regulated voltages for both internal and external circuitry, allowing line powered operation(no additional power supplies required), A Chip Select pin allows the chip to be powered down when not in use. A volume contrl function may be implemented with an external potentiometer. FM34018 applications include speaker phones for household and business use, intercom systems, automotive telephones, and others.

FM9270 - DTMF Receiver
FM9270 is Dual Tone Multiple Frequency(DTFM) receivers intergrated with digital decoder and bandsplit filter function, It uses digital counting techniques to detect and decode all the 16 DTMF tone pairs into a 4-bit coded output. Highly accurate switched capacitor filters are employed to divide DTMF signals into low and high group signals. A built-in dial tone rejectan circuit is provided to eliminate the need for pre-filtering.
