STF1001 - Telephone IC Card Chip
STF1001 is designed for application in prepaid cards. The chip is special for China Telecom with a specific Manufacturer Code. STF1001 consists of 104 bit memory and adopts 0.6μm CMOS EEPROM technology. The STF1001 is security ICs for telecom providing 88 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory(EEPROM) for counter with security.

FM11RF005 is the contactless smart card IC according to ISO14443-A. This device has 512 bits EEPROM organization. The maximum communication rage between the reader antenna and contactless card is approximately 10cm. Data is exchanged half duplex at a 106-kbits/s rate.
Depending on the encryption control unit and communication logic circuitry FM11RF005 provides advanced security level and logical transaction function. The FM11RF005 is widly used in the low-cost field of city public transport、variously charging payment card、data acquisition systems and comparable application.
FM11RF32 - 3K2Bits Contactless IC Card Chip
FM11RF32 has 4K×8bits EEPROM organization; The maximum communication rage between the reader antenna and contactless card is approximately 10cm. Data is exchanged half duplex at a 106-kbits/s rate.
The Contactless smart card contains three components: FM11RF32 chip, antenna and the card base with PVC(or PET) material. No battery is needed. When the chip is positioned in proxmity of the coupling device antenna, the high speed RF communication interface allows transmitting data with 106-Kbit/s.

FM17XX - Serial Contactless Readers ICS
FM17XXThe FM17XX family is common serial reader ICs for contactless communications based on ISO14443. It takes 0.6μm CMOS EEPROM processing technology.
The FM17XX family supports all layers of ISO14443 typeA/typeB and ISO15693 on 13.56MHz. MIFARE and SH security arithmetic are both supported. The FM17XX family internal highly integrated analog circuitry for modulating/demodulating and thus they can work with the least peripheral circuitry. They support six types of μ-Processor interface. The digital part has two kinds of voltage operation modes: TTL and CMOS mode. The FM17XX family is compatible with RC500、RC530、RC531 and RC632 of Philips. The FM17XX serial reader ICs are optimized for use in public transport、variously charging payment card and comparable applications using contactless communication.
An outstanding feature of the FM17XXl chipset is the lowest operation voltage of all three supplies of theirs can up to 2.9V; this is lays over anything else of kind.
