FM7843 - Touch Screen Controller
FM7843 is a 4-wire resistive touch screen input controller integrated circuit. The device is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a synchronous serial interface and touch screen driving circuit. It has a shutdown mode, in which the power disspation of the device is as low as 0.5μW. Fully compatible with Burr-Brown's ADS7843, this device is ideal to be used in personal digital assistant(PDA) and portable instruments applications.

FM7088 - FM receiver circuit for battery supply
FM7088 is a bipolar integrated circuit for use in mono portable and pocket radios. It is used when a minimum of peripheral components (of small dimensions and low costs) is important. The circuit contains a frequency-locked-loop (FLL) system with an Intermediate Frequency (IF) of about 70 kHz. Selectivity is achieved by active RC-filters. De-tuning related to the IF and too weak input signals is suppressed by the mute circuit.

FM62429 is dual channel electronic volume controlled with 2-wire serial date. It is designed special to adjust the rage of audio-digital.
